Quick Help

Delta Status reads the service status from downloaddelta.com/stats.txt and shows whether Direct Install and IPA Install are UP or DOWN.

Troubleshooting

  • Status won’t load: Check your internet connection, then try refresh again.
  • Server reachable = No: The status endpoint may be temporarily unavailable.
  • Notifications not working: Ensure notifications are allowed in iOS Settings for Delta Status.
  • Background refresh: iOS decides timing—your device may refresh more or less often.
  • Version mismatch / update required: Join Discord to get the latest supported version.

FAQ

What does “Last Online” mean?

“Last Online” is the last time Delta Status saw the service as UP on your device. If you just installed the app, it may show “Unknown” until the app checks status a few times.

Why does the app show UNKNOWN?

UNKNOWN usually means the app couldn’t fetch the status file or the file format wasn’t readable at that moment. Try again later or check your connection.

Why do background updates feel inconsistent?

iOS schedules background refresh based on battery, usage patterns, network conditions, and system policy. The app requests background refresh, but iOS decides when it runs.

Where do I get the latest update?

If you see “Update Required,” join the Discord and follow official update announcements. The app may require the newest supported version to keep status parsing accurate.

Does Delta Status collect personal data?

Delta Status is designed to collect as little as possible. Basic network requests to load the status file may be logged by standard hosting/CDN systems. See the combined Terms & Privacy page for full details.

Common fixes
